The Little Yogis is a yoga and mindfulness enrichment program that offers amazing life skills on and off the mat. The Little Yogis curriculum is tailored to the student’s current stage of life that was "heart and hand" crafted by me, DeAri, the creator of The Little Yogis Studio.
We are committed to upholding the true nature of the practice of yoga. What is the true nature of yoga? Being Yourself, taping into all the "feels" and what they mean, learning and applying coping/life skills, being active, being still and union--- Union with your mind, your body, and your practice.
Our program is geared to elevate our student’s physical, emotional, and social progress. We provide a variety of weekly classes, summer camps, after-school extra-curricular classes, workshops, and events for the whole family.
Each month of classes are designed to emphasize a key life tool, to cultivate character building, agility, body awareness, being active, being social, self-esteem, and mindfulness. We want to move, groove with gratitude. We all inclusive and pride ourselves on celebrating differences. Our studio is a safe space to simply be yourself and enjoy the adventures of meeting new friends, moving your body, and loving the skin you're in. See you soon.
